Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the ground floor of the premises shall not be used for any purpose before 9am or after 6pm. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the premises shall be used by Style Acre for the purposes specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever, including no other purpose within Class D1 of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order, 1987. Upon the premises ceasing to be used by Style Acre, the use shall revert back to office use. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the existing parking area at the front of the premises shall be retained for the parking of vehicles in connection with the building and shall not be used for any other purpose. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
