That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

Prior to the commencement of development, a colour sample of the corrugated sheet roofing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan

Details of the finish of the weatherboard cladding shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not commence until a detailed specification of the windows and doors at a scale of 1:20 has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactoryand to comply with Policies G1 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the buildings to which this application relates shall be used only for the purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse and as such, for no commercial or business purpose whatsoever.
