Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That a scheme which shall include the planting of live hedge plants and shrubs on both sides of the fencing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted. The scheme shall be implemented as approved during the first planting season following the erection of the fencing and thereafter retained and maintained in accordance with the approved scheme. In the event of any of the hedging plants or shrubs so planted being seriously damaged or destroyed within 5 years of the completion of the development new hedging plants or shrubs as the case may be of a species first approved by the Local Planning Authority be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions first approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Little Milton Conservation Area in accordance with Policies G9 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the fencing shall be allowed to weather naturally and shall not be colourcoated or treated unless it is in accordance with a scheme to be first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Little Milton Conservation Area in accordance with Policies G8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
