Decision
Refusal of Listed Building Consent on 2nd August 2004
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the proposed re-roofing of this Grade 2 listed cottage with water reed would seriously detract from the character and appearance of the building and would be detrimental to the visual amenities of the locality which lies within an Area of Great Landscape Value. As such the proposal is contrary to Policies C3 and CON11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies C1 and CON5 of the Second Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
