That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the stables hereby permitted shall be used only for the stabling of horses and storage of tack and not for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever.

C and to comply with policies G1 and GB2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That any trees removed as a result of this development hereby permitted shall be replaced by trees of the same species to be planted in the next planting season following the completion of the stables in accordance with a scheme to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

To safefuard the character of the area and to comply with policies G1, GB2 and R10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
