Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in accordance with Policy H19 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That at the expiration of a period ending 4 October 2009 or upon the caravan ceasing to be occupied by Mrs H B Fricker, whichever is the earlier, the use of the land as a site for a caravan shall be discontinued and the caravan shall be removed from the land unless a further personal permission has been granted.
Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in accordance with Policy H19 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
