Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 5th August 2004
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The Council is not satisfied, despite the marketing exercise carried out, that there is no general demand for long term or short term accommodation for agricultural workers in the vicinity and consider that the dwelling should be retained for such purposes. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies G1 and H15 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies G2 and A7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit (Draft).
