Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no additional windows to those shown on the submitted plans shall be inserted in the walls or roof of the side elevations of the dwelling house as altered and extended unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the bathroom windows at first floor level and the kitchen window at ground floor level in the south east elevation of the dwelling house as altered and extended shall be glazed in obscure glass and fixed shut as configured on the submitted plans referenced 518.04.1/11/B and 518.04.1/15/B and the bathroom and utility room windows as shown on the same plans shall be glazed in obscure glass all prior to the first occupation of the accommodation and shall thereafter be retained and maintained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
