As such, the proposal would be contrary to Policies G1, H12 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, Policies G2, H13 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft and the advice contained in the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
