That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application S.15/04 as shown on drawing numbers 001, 2, 3, 4 and 0387-A-G accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That the materials to be used for the roof and external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure the finishes are compatible with the surrounding development. (Policies: G2, (OSP2011); G2 (OSP2016)).
