Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, within 6 months of the date of this permission, the existing plastic sheet covering shall be removed and replaced with the clear green polythene material as specified in the letter from the agent dated 29 June 2005, and the material shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: to protect the visual quality of the locality in accordance with Policies C3, C6 and C8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That if within 10 years of the substantial completion of the polytunnel, the use of the polytunnel for agricultural purposes permanently ceases and, within a further 3 years, planning permission has not been granted for an alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the polytunnel shall be demolished, the materials shall be removed from the land and the land restored to its former condition before development took place, or to such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy C8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
