Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the building shall be used only for the storage of horticultural agricultural machinery and thatchers equipment as specified in the application. Reason: To protect local amenities and in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the hardstanding area as indicated on the plan accompanying the letter received from the applicant on application reference P93/W0563 shall be used only for the parking of vehicles, access, manoeuvring, loading and unloading purposes and for the storage of logs and bark mulch as specified in that letter. Reason: To protect local amenities, to safeguard the character and appearance of the Little Wittenham Conservation Area and in accordance with Policies G1 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the open areas outside the building other than that specified in condition 3 above shall not be used for parking, storage, industrial or other business use. Reason: To protect local amenities, to safeguard the character and appearance of the Little Wittenham Conservation Area and in accordance with Policies G1 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That pedestrian and vehicular access to the building shall be taken only from the northern side of the site as specified in the letter dated 8 November 1993 received from the applicant on P93/W0563. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience, to ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and in accordance with Policy G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no hard materials or surfacing shall be laid on the access track or other parts of the site except as agreed by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Little Wittenham Conservation Area and in accordance with Policies G1 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
