That the area of land indicated by a pecked line and annotated existing camping area on the submitted plan shall be used for the pitching of no more than 5 tents for recreational purposes only and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy TSM2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the area of land as indicated by a pecked line and annotated existing camping site on the submitted plan shall be available as a campsite only between Good Friday and 30 September in each year and all tents shall be removed from the land on or before 30 September in each year.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies C3 and C4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
