That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
No development shall commence on site until the applicant has been responsible for organising an archaeological watching brief, to be maintained during the period of construction during any groundworks taking place on the site. The watching brief shall be carried out in accordance with a written specification and by a professional archaeological organisation that has first been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the recording and inspection of matters or archaeological importance on the site in accordance with Policy CON18 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, details of the windows and doors (at a scale of 1:10) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences.
