Planning Permission on 27th September 2004
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
Within two months from the date of this permission , the fence shall be stained dark green and thereafter retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Within three months from the date of this permission, a planting scheme for the area infront of the fence shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings and to comply with Policies G1 and G9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The approved scheme shall be implemented within 6 months from the written approval of the planting scheme. In the event of any of the shrubs so planted dying or being seriously damaged, destroyed or diseased within 5 years of being planted, they shall be replaced by an equivalent number of shrubs of the same species in the next planting season following their demise, unless otherwise previously agreed to in writing by the local planning authority. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings and to comply with Policies G1 and G9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
