That, having regard to its excessive size and location relative to the side boundary, the proposed two storey extension would represent an inappropriate extension, filling the gap to the boundary with No 64 Freeman Road, leading to a terracing effect which would be detrimental to the visual amenity of the street scene and the area, contrary to Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft and the provisions of Ex.2. of Section 4.6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
That, having regard to its excessive size and inappropriate design the proposed extension would result in an inappropriate form of development which would detract from the character and appearance of the existing semi detached pair of dwellinghouses, contrary to Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft and the provisions of Section 4.6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
That, having regard to its location relative to 64 Freeman Road, the proposals would represent an oppressive and unneighbourly form of development, detrimental to the residential amenity of occupants of the neighbouring property, 64 Freeman Road, contrary to Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan Second Deposit Draft and the provisions of Section 4.6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
