Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the works shall be carried out in accordance with the schedule of works received on 10 June 2004 unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the building in accordance with Policies CON4 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the paint finish for the conservatory and the external render on the house shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of the works. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the building in accordance with Policies CON4 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the provision of trickle vents in the windows shall not be permitted. Where there is a requirement for permanent ventilation to comply with Building Regulations this shall be provided in an alternative manner and first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the building in accordance with Policies CON4 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the work is commenced. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the building in accordance with Policies CON4 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That any render replacement shall be carried out in a lime putty render or an appropriate cement gauged lime putty. Alternatively hydraulic lime render may be used subject to a detailed specification being first agreed with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest and character of the building in accordance with Policies CON4 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
