That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the proposed new rooflights shall be conservation rooflights and shall be so retained. Details of the rooflights shall be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That pointing or repointing of brickwork shall be kept to the minimum structurally necessary. Details of any areas to be repointed shall be first submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority before being carried out on site. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a sample of the slates to be used shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing.
