Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external cheeks and roof of the dormer shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building and the Didcot Northbourne Conservation Area and in accordance with Policies G8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
