Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the development shall be carried out in accordance with the attached schedule of works dated 15 May 2004 unlesss otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the historic interest of the listed building and character and appearance of the conservation area in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the historic interest of the listed building and character and appearance of the conservation area in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
