Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of a period ending on 29 April 2007 or upon the site ceasing to be occupied by RAF personnel as residential accommodation whichever is the earlier the buildings the subject of this consultation shall be removed from the land and the land left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and so this permission will expire at the same time as that granted under reference P02/W0201/G and in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That at the expiration of a period ending on 29 April 2007 the use of the land for the stationing of the single person sleeper accommodation units as specified in the consultation shall be discontinued. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and so this permission will expire at the same time as that granted under reference P02/W0201/G and in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the development shall not begin until a scheme for the disposal of foul sewage and surface water drainage has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution in accordance with Policy G6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no soakaways shall be constructed such that they penetrate the water table and they shall not in any event exceed 2 metres in depth below existing ground level. Reason: To prevent pollution of ground water and in accordance with Policy G6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
