That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of works, a method statement describing how the opening to provide the additional window shall be formed, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON6, CON8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the wall being rendered, a photographic record of the existing situation and the new opening shall be made and submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON6, CON8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the external walls of the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
