Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the existing trees on the land shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with a scheme in accordance with British Standard 5837, to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to comply with Policies G1 and C16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the materials to be used for the external walls of the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, H12, CON6, CON8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
