Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the wall shall be constructed in accordance with the specification details received by the Local Planning Authority on 30 April 2004.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the Beckley Conservation Area, in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That a sample panel shall be constructed and inspected on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the entire wall is rebuilt.
