That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That all bedding and pointing shall be carried out in lime mortar. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON4, CON9 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the link shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, CON4, CON8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until details of the external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
