That, having regard to the proximity of the proposed conservatory to trees, the subject of a tree preservation order, and the construction activity required to build the conservatory, the proposal would represent a form a development which would be likely to compromise the health and vitality of the nearby protected trees, the loss of which would compromise the value of the local treescape and the visual amenity of the locality.  As such, the development is contrary to policies G8, C16 and C17 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies G6, C10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft 2003.
