That all the conditions of P02/W0574 shall apply apart from Condition 21 which shall be varied as follows:- That the level of noise emitted from external electrical and mechanical plant on the site shall not exceed 40dB(A) between 07:00 and 23:00 and 30Db(A) at any other time, as measured at the facade of the nearest noise sensitive premises (expressed as LAeq over a representative time period). Reason: To protect the residential amenities of nearby residential properties in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
