Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the windows in the elevation facing No 37 Manor Crescent hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the conservatory.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
