Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the brick plinth of the conservatory shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To safeguard the historic character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the brickwork to be used in the brick plinth to the conservatory shall be pointed using a lime-based mortar mix. Reason: To safeguard the historic character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the brickwork to be used in the plinth to the conservatory shall be laid in a Flemish bond. Reason: To safeguard the historic character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the materials and finishes for the columns and entablature and the colour of the external paintwork shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To safeguard the historic character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
