Reason: To protect the visual amenities of the area which lies in the Green Belt in accordance with Policy GB4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the garage shall be used for ancillary purposes to 5 Green Ground and shall not be used for any business or commercial purposes.
Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
