Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in 
               accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local 
               Plan and Policy H13 of the approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan, 
               2011, Second Deposit Draft.
