That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

Materials for the brick walls to be of the same type, colour and texture of those used on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in general in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a wall or closed boarded fence to a height of 1.8 metres should be retained facing the development along the boundary with The Chalet. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
