Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That, prior to the commencement of works, a sample of stone, a clay tile and a paint colour for the joinery shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to comply with Policies G1, Con 6 and Con 15 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, prior to the commencement of works, details of the flues, gutters and downpipes shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, Con 6 and Con 15 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, prior to the commencement of works, a sample of stone should be inspected on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority . This stone should incorporate stone to match existing on site, laid and pointed and coursed to match existing and using lime mortar for bedding and pointing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, G6 and G15 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
