Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application there shall be no extension to the height of the boundary fence. The rear wall of the extension facing east (side to 12 Ferne Close) shall be cement rendered and painted in a colour to be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The colour of the paint shall be agreed within 1 month of the date of this decision and the wall shall be rendered and painted in the approved colour and the fascia detail completed in accordance with the section detail accompanying the application within 3 months of the date of this permission. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the walls of the extension facing west and north shall be cement rendered and painted in a colour to be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The colour of the paint shall be agreed within 1 month of the date of this decision and the wall shall be rendered and painted in the approved colour within 3 months of the date of this permission. Reason: As the bricks used to construct the extension do not match the colour of those used on the original building in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority their use in the construction of the roof. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
