That, having regard to the loss of parking on the property as a result of the proposed extension it is considered that the proposal which makes inadequate provision for on site car parking would result in the parking of vehicles to the front of the property on the village green and on street parking which will be detrimental to highway safety and cause inconvenience to other road users. This is considered to have a detrimental impact on the amenity of the locality and is therefore contrary to Policies G10 and G11 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and D2 of the Second Deposit Draft Local Plan and guidance given in Section EX6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
