That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the brick plinth to the conservatory shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To safeguard the historic character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the brickwork to be used in the conservatory plinth shall be pointed using a lime-based mortar mix. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the brickwork to be used in the conservatory plinth shall be laid in a flemish bond. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the materials and finishes for the columns and entablature and the colour of the external paintwork shall be submitted to and approved in writng by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To safeguard the historic character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
