That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That works shall not commence until a detailed specification of the design and external finish of the new french doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
