Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application S.09/04 as shown on plan numbers 5003448/921/008/3693/F, 3825/L and 3983/B accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development.
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.
That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof.
Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.
That prior to the commencement of the development, details of the proposed fencing to the site boundaries shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development.
Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the area. (Policies: G1, GB3, GB4 (SOLP); G2, GB3, GB4 (SOLP2011)).
That a comprehensive landscaping scheme shall be submitted to and approved by the Head of Sustainable Development in writing prior to the commencement of the development.
Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area and to ensure the creation of a pleasant environment for the development. (Policies: GB4 (SOLP); GB4 (SOLP2011)).
That the comprehensive landscaping scheme referred to in condition 4 shall be implemented no later than the first planting season following the first use of the development. Trees and shrubs so planted shall be properly maintained and that in the event of any of the trees or shrubs dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed within a period of five years from the completion of the development, a new tree or shrub or equivalent number of trees or shrubs as the case may be, be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions as first approved by the Head of Sustainable Development.
Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area and to ensure the creation of a pleasant environment for the development. (Policies: GB4 (SOLP); GB4 (SOLP2011)).
That upon cessation of the use of the land for educational use it shall revert to agricultural use and that all structures erected on the land are removed.
Reason: To safeguard the agricultural land and the character of the Green Belt. (Policies: G4, EN3 (OSP); G4, EN3 (OSP2016); GB3, GB4 (SOLP); GB3, GB4 (SOLP2011)).
That the playing field shall not be used outside school hours for activities unrelated to school use. For the avoidance of doubt the PTA and bodies associated with the management of the school shall be allowed to use the field.
Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the neighbouring occupiers. (Policies: G2 (OSP); G2 (OSP2016); G1 (SOLP); G1 (SOLP2011)).
That there shall be no changes to ground levels unless full details, including a site survey of existing and proposed levels, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Head of Sustainable Development.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the Green Belt. (Policies: GB3, GB4 (SOLP); GB3, GB4 (SOLP2011)).
That no structures shall be erected on the land without the prior written approval of the Sustainable Development.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the Green Belt. (Policies: GB3, GB4 (SOLP); GB3, GB4 (SOLP2011)).
