Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning 
               Act 1990.

That the mezzanine floor shall be used for storage purposes as specified in the application by Marston Book Services only, unless an application for alternative uses or an alternative user has first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance 
               with Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and 
               Policy T2 of the Second Deposit Draft South Oxfordshire Local 
               Plan.
