As such the proposal is contrary with policies G8 and H12 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, policies G6 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit (Draft), and the advice contained in the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
