The cumulative impact of a further extension to this building would be harmful to the building's form, contrary to Policies G1, G8, CON3, CON6 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies G2, G6, D1, CON4, CON5 and H13 of the Second Deposit Draft Local Plan, the South Oxfordshire Design Guide and advice in Planning Policy Guidance Note 15.
