That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.

Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and 
                Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

All historic timbers in the roof shall be retained and the details of any alterations to the roof structure shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority prior to works commencing on the roof.

Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic interest of the listed 
                building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South 
                Oxfordshire Local Plan and Second Deposit Draft South
                Oxfordshire Local Plan.
