Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the internal doorway from bedroom 1 into the utility link shown on drawing no 500-01 shall be provided in accordance with the approved plan and kept permanently available for use.
Reason: To ensure that there is a permanent link with the main house in accordance with Policy H11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
