Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That a scheme for the landscaping of the site including the planting of live trees, shrubs and car park bunding shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development hereby permitted. The scheme shall be implemented as approved within 12 months of the commencement of the approved development and thereafter be maintained in accordance with the approved scheme. In the event of any of the trees or shrubs so planted dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed within 5 years of the completion of the development, a new tree or shrub or equivalent number of trees or shrubs, as the case may be of a species first approved by the Local Planning Authority be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings and in accordance with Policy G9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding any indications as to these matters which may have been given in the application the car park shall make provision for the parking of no more than 26 cars. A detailed plan showing the layout of the car parking proposed shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience and in accordance with Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the School shall prepare a School Travel Plan which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority following consultation with Oxfordshire County Council as the Local Highway Authority within six months of the commencement of development. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience and to encourage more sustainable means of transport and in accordance with Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the car park provision for 26 cars proposed by this application shall supersede that granted a consent under reference P01/W0435 for car parking on the northern side of Willow Court Lane. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities and in accordance with Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of any other development to which this permission relates, the means of access between the land and the highway shall be formed, laid out and constructed strictly in accordance with the deposited plan reference 001700/Ar/111A and all ancillary works therein specified shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the said deposited plan. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience and in accordance with Policy G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of surface water drainage works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing. Reason: In the interests of public health and in accordance with Policy G17 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
