Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings in
accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
That the windows facing the south-east elevation as shown in drawing 404-04-D, shall be obscure glazed and thereafter retained.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance
with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
