That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning 
               Act 1990.

That all bedding and pointing shall be carried out in lime mortar.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and 
                to comply with Policies G1, CON4, CON9 and CON10 of the 
                adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the link shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and 
               to comply with Policies G1, CON4, CON8 and CON10 of the 
               adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors, at a scale of 1:10, with sample materials and finishes has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and 
               to comply with Policies G1, CON4, CON8 and CON10 of the 
               adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
