Reason: To protect the historic character of the listed building and to comply with Policies G1 and CON8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan

That the weather boarding shall be of straight feather edged type as specified in agent's letter dated 12 March 2004. Reason: To protect the historic character of the listed building and to comply with Policies G1, CON8 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
