That at the expiration of 12 months from the date of this permission, the temporary elm board cladding shall be removed unless a fresh planning application for its retention for a further period shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

               Oxfordshire Local Plan

That the weather boarding shall be of straight feather edged type as specified in agent's letter dated 12 March 2004.
