That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the equipment covered by the application shall not be operated between the hours of 11 pm and 7 am on any day. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That when the equipment the subject of this application is operated, the total noise level generated by all the equipment, measured as a ten minute LAEQ, does not exceed 31dB, measured 1 metre from the facade of any residential premises. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
