That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That before any works are undertaken in pursuance of this permission, details of the structural repair and support of the end gable timber framing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning. Reason: To secure the safety and stability of the Listed Building, in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That before any works are undertaken in pursuance of this permission, details of the structural support where the external buttressing is removed shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the safety and stability of the Listed Building, in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of development a photographic record of the interior and exterior of the building to the side of the fireplace on both floors where intervention and alteration is proposed, shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the identification and recording of features of historic interest associated with the fabric of the building, in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The samples of the tiles to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding any indications as to those matters which may have been given in the application, a detailed cross section of the glazing bars shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: To ensure that details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
