Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning

The artworks shall be erected only in the positions as indicated on drawing number 2 rev b and in accordance with the details provided on the specification sheet dated 16 February 2004.
Reason: To ensure details of the development are satisfactory, and in
accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
